MijnECC can connect to external services to extend functionality.

Available Integrations

Integration	Purpose
OnlyOffice	Collaborative document editing inside incidents
Email (SMTP)	Custom outgoing email domain
Webhooks	Send incident events to external URLs

Configuring an Integration

1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Click the integration tile.
3. Follow the setup wizard and enter the required credentials.
4. Click Save & Test.
