Passkeys
Passkeys are phishing-resistant, passwordless credentials (stored on your device or password manager). They are the recommended authentication method.
Go to Settings → Passkeys (/settings/passkeys) to:
- Register a new passkey — click Add Passkey and follow your device's prompt (fingerprint, Face ID, security key, etc.).
- Name your passkeys — give each passkey a recognisable label (e.g. MacBook Touch ID, YubiKey).
- Remove a passkey — click the delete icon next to a passkey to revoke it.
WARNING
Always register at least two passkeys (or keep a password as backup) to avoid being locked out if you lose access to a device.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Go to Settings → Two-Factor Authentication (/settings/two-factor) to set up an authenticator app (TOTP) as a second factor.
- Click Enable.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.).
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
- Save your recovery codes in a safe place.
If your organisation enforces 2FA, you will be prompted to set it up on next login.
Security Overview
Go to Settings → Security (/settings/security) for an overview of:
- Current active sessions
- Recent authentication events
- Linked passkeys summary

Pushover is a mobile push notification service. If your organisation uses Pushover for incident alerts and direct person alerts, you can configure your personal Pushover key here.
Go to Settings → Pushover (/settings/pushover):
- Enter your Pushover User Key (found in the Pushover app under your account).
- Click Save.
- Optionally click Send Test to verify the connection.
Once configured, you can receive Pushover notifications when:
