People & Groups

The People & Groups module is a live directory of individuals and logical clusters within your active project. Use it to track involvement in incidents, assign statuses, set locations, and send push alerts — all during live operations.

People (Persons)

Navigate to People (or Persons) in the sidebar to see the full list of individuals registered in the active project.

Assigning a Status

  1. Click a person's row.
  2. Click the Status button or status badge.
  3. Select a status from the list (statuses are defined by your organisation admin).
  4. Save.

To clear a status, choose No Status or click Remove Status.

Updating a Location

Click the Location field on a person's row and type their current location (e.g. Stage 3, Gate A Entrance, Medical Tent). Press Enter or click away to save.

Sending a Pushover Notification

If a person has Pushover configured, an alert icon appears on their row:

  1. Click the Pushover icon.
  2. Edit the pre-filled title and message.
  3. Set priority (Normal / High / Emergency).
  4. Click Send.

The person must have a valid Pushover key set in their profile. The count indicator shows how many project persons have Pushover enabled.

Groups

Groups are pre-defined collections of people — for example Security Team North or Medical Unit B. A group can represent a shift, a unit, or any logical cluster that needs to be tracked together.

Navigate to Groups in the sidebar.

Assigning a Status to a Group

Works identically to person statuses — click the status badge, select a status, and save.

Updating Group Location

Click the Location field and type the group's current position.

Linking People & Groups to Incidents

People and groups can be linked to specific incidents so they are visible on the incident card and can be targeted for Pushover notifications from within the incident.

  1. Open an incident.
  2. Click the Assignments dialog.
  3. Search for and select any persons or groups from the project directory.
  4. Save.

Linked names appear as badges on the incident card in the overview.

Searchable via Command Palette

All persons and groups in your project are indexed and searchable via the Command Palette. Start typing a name to jump directly to their entry.
