Filtering & Searching Incidents
The incidents overview provides several ways to narrow the list to the incidents that matter most right now.
Quick Team Toggle
Click Options → Showing: My Team or Showing: All Teams to switch between:
- My Team — only incidents belonging to your own teams.
- All Teams — every incident in the active project.
This preference is saved automatically per user.
Filter Dialog
Click the Filters button (top-right of the incidents page) to open the filter panel.

| Search | Free-text search against the incident title |
| Status | Any configured status, or All Statuses |
| Severity | Low / Medium / High / Critical, or All Severities |
| Team | Any project team, Unassigned, or All Teams |
When a filter is active the Filters button turns blue and shows a small dot indicator. Click Clear inside the dialog to remove all active filters.
Quick-Filter from Statistics Cards
On the incidents overview, the Critical & High statistics card shows shortcut buttons. Click Critical or High to instantly apply that severity filter without opening the filter dialog.
Pagination
If the project has many incidents the list is paginated. Use the page buttons at the bottom to navigate between pages. Filter settings persist across pages.
