Severity Levels

SeverityColourMeaning
Low🔵 BlueMinor issue, no immediate risk
Medium🟡 YellowRequires attention, manageable
High🟠 OrangeSignificant risk, prioritise response
Critical🔴 RedImmediate danger or major disruption

Incident Statuses

Statuses are configurable per organisation. Typical statuses include:

StatusMeaning
OpenNewly reported, not yet being handled
In ProgressActively being managed
On HoldPaused, awaiting an external factor
ResolvedIssue addressed and closed positively
ClosedAdministratively closed
CancelledLogged in error or no longer relevant

Your organisation may use different or additional statuses. Check the Incident Statuses section in your organisation settings to see which statuses are configured.
