Severity Levels
| Severity | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Low | 🔵 Blue | Minor issue, no immediate risk |
| Medium | 🟡 Yellow | Requires attention, manageable |
| High | 🟠 Orange | Significant risk, prioritise response |
| Critical | 🔴 Red | Immediate danger or major disruption |
Incident Statuses
Statuses are configurable per organisation. Typical statuses include:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Newly reported, not yet being handled |
| In Progress | Actively being managed |
| On Hold | Paused, awaiting an external factor |
| Resolved | Issue addressed and closed positively |
| Closed | Administratively closed |
| Cancelled | Logged in error or no longer relevant |
Your organisation may use different or additional statuses. Check the Incident Statuses section in your organisation settings to see which statuses are configured.
