File Manager
The File Manager (/file-manager) provides per-project cloud storage for operational files — photos, PDFs, floor plans, protocols, evidence, and any other documents your team needs during the event.
Files are stored on secure cloud object storage (DigitalOcean Spaces). All access is via signed URLs — files are never publicly accessible.

Searching Files
File names are indexed and searchable via the Command Palette. Open the command palette and type the filename to jump directly to it in the File Manager.
Relating Files to Incidents
For files directly related to a specific incident, consider uploading them as incident documents instead — this keeps them attached to the incident timeline. See Working Inside an Incident → Documents.
The File Manager is best suited for project-wide resources that are not specifically tied to a single incident.
