Incidents Overview
Navigate to ECC → Incidents (/incidents) for a real-time overview of all incidents in your active project.
Statistics Bar
At the top of the page you will find three information cards:
Reminders
Upcoming reminders for your project. See Reminders for details.
Critical & High
Shows the count of unresolved Critical and High severity incidents. Click the Critical or High shortcut buttons to instantly filter the list to that severity.
Open Incidents per Team
A scrollable breakdown of how many open (non-closed) incidents each team currently owns.
Incident List
Each incident is displayed as a card. The card shows:
- Coloured left border — reflects the team colour; severity colour when no team is assigned; red or orange when acceptance is required.
- Team avatar and team name.
- Title, category / type, location, reporter name, and created timestamp.
- Assigned persons & groups as small badges.
- Badges on the right: status, severity, private indicator, and note count.
Acceptance Banners
| Banner | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🔴 Red (animated) — "ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED" | Your team has been assigned this incident and must accept it before work can begin. |
| 🟠 Orange — "Waiting for acceptance by [Team]" | Another team has been assigned but has not yet accepted — you are waiting on them. |
